No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
For all disclosures, CARE MOUNTAIN will:

CARE MOUNTAIN will not disclose an entire clinical record, except when the entire clinical record is specifically justified as the amount that is reasonably necessary to achieve the purpose of the disclosure.
