I used Care Mountain when my mom started struggling to get up in the morning and I could tell it was wearing my dad out. Dad didn't think he was ready for someone to come help, but when are you ever ready for that? We hired them anyhow and I could tell right away that it was a big weight off of dad AND he was not upset about it. Mom has improved since then, but we would definitely use Care Mountain again if needed.Posted on Google![]()

Care Mountain was recommended by the insurance company portal for my aunt. She has Genworth insurance and needed care after a surgery. The caregiver comes for 5 hours a day and follows the task list thoroughly. I have prepared a sheet with all the daily living tasks and she finishes them all.. From toileting to dressing to meal planning and feeding, all of it is done with sincerity. She makes sure my aunt stays hydrated, and helps keep her place clean at all times. I had worked with another agency in the past and they kept sending different people. Each morning I had to spend 20 minutes explaining my task sheet. But with Care Mountain it is the same, steady caregiver everyday. I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

When it became clear that my husband's 92 year old mother needed assistance to continue living independently at home, we did a search for Dallas-area agencies and came upon the positive reviews for Care Mountain. What is amazing is that all of the outstanding feedback for Care Mountain that had been shared by others ended up being true for us too -- our first call with Gagan about the process and cost, and every day that our caregiver Linda spent with our loved one, ended up being beyond our expectations. This was a process we started with great trepidation, as we really were worried that our loved one would resist someone coming in for a few hours a day to help out, and honestly we didn't know how bringing in a caregiver would go. The agency's Executive Director Gagan understood our worries, and was incredibly understanding and kind and worked with us closely to assess our needs and to reassure us about transitioning to this type of care. Even with this excellent orientation, what we could not have imagined was how quickly the caregiver matched to us, Linda, would become a trusted and big hearted part of our family. My mother in law took to Linda's presence immediately, and was incredibly grateful for the assistance with housekeeping, cooking, errands, and help getting to medical appointments. The arrangement worked because Linda was so reassuring to our loved one that she was still independent, and encouraged her to keep going with any of the daily tasks she was still able to do. Our loved one also gained so much from Linda's company and conversation, and really became so engaged and energized by their friendship. Linda was always professional, on time, responsive, flexible, trust worthy, and just truly an angel. We feel so fortunate to have found Care Mountain, and recommend the agency without hesitation to those who have family members who need assistance in the home. Thank you for everything Linda and Care Mountain!Posted on Google![]()

My sister and I were seeking a trustworthy home health care company for our 82-year-old mother in Colleyville, and we're thrilled to have found Care Mountain. Living out of town, we needed a reliable, compassionate, and honest provider that would meet our mom's needs without leaving her hanging. As a nurse myself, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of care in home health. After researching local companies, we found Care Mountain's owner-operators to be exceptional - they took the time to understand our mom's unique needs and personality, matching her with two outstanding caregivers who have provided dedicated care for over 17 months. Andrea from the Southlake office is amazing, ensuring a seamless schedule and anticipating every need, even on holidays. When we finally saw our mom this Memorial Day, a few months since our last visit, we were overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. We're deeply grateful to Care Mountain for their professionalism, reliability, and compassionate care, giving us peace of mind knowing our mom is in good hands.Posted on Google![]()

After her husband’s death a few years back, my mom in law moved in with us. She needs 24/7 care. We had tried a few big home health companies and were frustrated – they sent a new person almost everyday. One of our friends had Care Mountain supporting his parents last year, and he spoke highly about the quality of their staff. He really liked that they always had the same 2 caregivers from Care Mountain. We met with Care Mountain and were impressed with the detail with which they assessed my MIL’s care needs and made staffing plans. We have had a steady team of 3 caregivers that rotate across the week and we get regular visits from the PT. I am happy with the quality and sincerity and compassion. Care Mountain’s reliability is definitely above others. We would highly recommend them.

Benefits Of In-Home Care For Parkinson’s Patients
Caring for a loved one with Parkinson’s requires understanding, patience, and hands-on expertise. Each stage of the condition brings new challenges, from tremors and stiffness to mobility difficulties, medication timing, and emotional changes.
At Care Mountain, we know that Parkinson’s care involves both medical and emotional support. Our caregivers, skilled nurses, and therapists provide dependable in-home Parkinson’s care designed to ease the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the disease. With more than two decades of experience, we deliver compassionate, personalized support that promotes safety, comfort, and quality of life for both patients and their families.
In-home Parkinson’s care provides a stable and familiar environment where patients can live safely and confidently. This personalized approach allows for consistent routines, trusted caregivers, and specialized attention to each person’s needs and preferences.
Patients thrive in familiar surroundings. Staying at home helps reduce confusion, anxiety, and stress, which are common symptoms that can worsen in unfamiliar environments. A familiar setting encourages calmness, emotional stability, and a greater sense of independence.
Every Parkinson’s journey is unique. We create each care plan around the individual’s stage of progression, daily habits, and personal preferences. Our caregivers coordinate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support movement, strength, balance, and communication. As needs change, the care plan evolves to match them.
Because Parkinson’s is progressive, consistency in care is essential. In-home caregivers provide stable, continuous support that builds trust and helps patients feel confident in their daily routines. This long-term continuity improves safety, predictability, and emotional comfort.
Our caregivers receive advanced Parkinson’s training focused on medication timing, motor assistance, and emotional reassurance. This ensures a calm, organized care routine that minimizes stress for both patients and families.
Parkinson’s affects everyone in the household. We provide consistent updates, flexible scheduling, and emotional guidance to help families navigate the day-to-day realities of care with confidence and peace of mind.
Live-In Caregivers For Parkinson’s Patients
Caring for someone with Parkinson’s requires more than medical assistance. It takes consistency, compassion, and an understanding of how the disease affects every aspect of daily life. At Care Mountain, our live-in caregivers provide 24/7 personalized support that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and engaged in the familiarity of their own homes. With over two decades of experience, we have developed a specialized approach to Parkinson’s care that supports both patients and their families.
Our caregivers have cared for hundreds of Parkinson’s patients and understand the value of a thoughtful, patient-centered approach. We encourage families to help loved ones stay active and positive by engaging in enjoyable activities, allowing extra time for tasks, celebrating bright moments, and prioritizing the patient’s comfort and needs each day.
