Finding the right caregiver for someone you love is not always easy, but our experience with Care Mountain has been very positive. Gagun, Deepti, and the whole team have been kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a caregiver who was a good fit for our family. We really appreciate how caring and reliable the support has been. It is also nice to know that we can reach out whenever we have a question or concern. We feel lucky to have found a team that truly cares about the people they help.Posted on Google![]()

I used Care Mountain when my mom started struggling to get up in the morning and I could tell it was wearing my dad out. Dad didn't think he was ready for someone to come help, but when are you ever ready for that? We hired them anyhow and I could tell right away that it was a big weight off of dad AND he was not upset about it. Mom has improved since then, but we would definitely use Care Mountain again if needed.Posted on Google![]()

Care Mountain was recommended by the insurance company portal for my aunt. She has Genworth insurance and needed care after a surgery. The caregiver comes for 5 hours a day and follows the task list thoroughly. I have prepared a sheet with all the daily living tasks and she finishes them all.. From toileting to dressing to meal planning and feeding, all of it is done with sincerity. She makes sure my aunt stays hydrated, and helps keep her place clean at all times. I had worked with another agency in the past and they kept sending different people. Each morning I had to spend 20 minutes explaining my task sheet. But with Care Mountain it is the same, steady caregiver everyday. I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

When it became clear that my husband's 92 year old mother needed assistance to continue living independently at home, we did a search for Dallas-area agencies and came upon the positive reviews for Care Mountain. What is amazing is that all of the outstanding feedback for Care Mountain that had been shared by others ended up being true for us too -- our first call with Gagan about the process and cost, and every day that our caregiver Linda spent with our loved one, ended up being beyond our expectations. This was a process we started with great trepidation, as we really were worried that our loved one would resist someone coming in for a few hours a day to help out, and honestly we didn't know how bringing in a caregiver would go. The agency's Executive Director Gagan understood our worries, and was incredibly understanding and kind and worked with us closely to assess our needs and to reassure us about transitioning to this type of care. Even with this excellent orientation, what we could not have imagined was how quickly the caregiver matched to us, Linda, would become a trusted and big hearted part of our family. My mother in law took to Linda's presence immediately, and was incredibly grateful for the assistance with housekeeping, cooking, errands, and help getting to medical appointments. The arrangement worked because Linda was so reassuring to our loved one that she was still independent, and encouraged her to keep going with any of the daily tasks she was still able to do. Our loved one also gained so much from Linda's company and conversation, and really became so engaged and energized by their friendship. Linda was always professional, on time, responsive, flexible, trust worthy, and just truly an angel. We feel so fortunate to have found Care Mountain, and recommend the agency without hesitation to those who have family members who need assistance in the home. Thank you for everything Linda and Care Mountain!Posted on Google![]()

My sister and I were seeking a trustworthy home health care company for our 82-year-old mother in Colleyville, and we're thrilled to have found Care Mountain. Living out of town, we needed a reliable, compassionate, and honest provider that would meet our mom's needs without leaving her hanging. As a nurse myself, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of care in home health. After researching local companies, we found Care Mountain's owner-operators to be exceptional - they took the time to understand our mom's unique needs and personality, matching her with two outstanding caregivers who have provided dedicated care for over 17 months. Andrea from the Southlake office is amazing, ensuring a seamless schedule and anticipating every need, even on holidays. When we finally saw our mom this Memorial Day, a few months since our last visit, we were overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. We're deeply grateful to Care Mountain for their professionalism, reliability, and compassionate care, giving us peace of mind knowing our mom is in good hands.Posted on Google![]()

In a situation with a lot of uphill battles and uncertainty, Care Mountain was able to quickly swoop in and help set up at home care for my dad. His health rapidly deteriorated as he was ongoing cancer treatment and we needed more support in order to go to work and lead our lives with peace of mind. Ade was our caregiver and she gave us a lot of confidence, a steady and warm presence. Care Mountain’s contract process was easy, straightforward and I especially appreciated that the team was always easy to reach and readily available to answer questions. I would recommend Care Mountain 10/10.![]()

My husband has advanced pulmonary fibrosis and is on supplemental oxygen. Our Caregivers from care mountain are very good with managing that, taking care of cleanliness (it reduces risk of infections), prepare meals and help him with medication reminders. They have great attention to detail and are with him when I am not around. Our nurse had suggested we talk to care mountain and I am glad we did. I am able to go to my job with much less stress so i am very thankful. Our families are in another country so it is good to have Care mountain's support and we are very happy with their services.![]()

My parents require care and support due to their health conditions. My mother has Alzheimer's and my father is a stroke survivor with hearing loss. After his stroke, I moved back home to assist them, but managing their care while working became increasingly difficult. We hired Care Mountain to provide in-home care and companionship for my mother. This allowed my father to go for physical therapy and speech therapy sessions. The caregiver assigned to my mother was experienced in managing Alzheimer's symptoms, including mood changes. She redirected Mom as needed and assistance to her in daily activities. Her compassion and kindness was really inspiring. With Care Mountain’s help we were able to get my father the rehab care he needed while leaving mom in good hands. Care Mountain’s support was truly a blessing![]()

Tammy has been our Mom’s caregiver for a year now and she is absolutely wonderful. After having worked with other caregivers in DFW we came across Care Mountain which was a breath of fresh air. They were recommended to us by a nurse at UT South Western. We called and they came over for a very informative session. Right from that first meeting, they have always been thorough. Tammy has been an excellent fit for Mom. She takes such good care of Mom and is very focused on attention to detail. She is amazing and my Mom loves spending time with her. Thanks to working with them, Mom has a much higher quality of life. We are happy and satisfied.![]()

Jacquelyn has been such a faithful and pleasant caregiver. She offered to help cover extra shifts when another caregiver needed extra days off. We are very grateful to have a dedicated caregiver caring for our father. The staff at Care Mountain always sent caregivers that were skilled. Jacquelyn was careful to look for ways that made sure our Dad was comfortable and well cared for. Reneller was our father’s caregiver for a couple of years. She always looked for ways to make Dad’s days special. I believe Reneller enjoyed caring for Dad as much as he appreciated having her with him. Care Mountain was there for our family. They listened to our concerns and preferences. We are so happy to know that they were careful in picking caregivers that were experienced with many different challenges that our father faced.![]()

We as a family spent a lot of time weighing the alternatives for care for our mother. She had been in assisted living for several months, but the service was far less than expected for the price. A couple of nurses familiar with in home care suggested Care Mountain and we booked an interview with them. No pressure, just thoughtful analysis and suggestions. Gagan answered all our questions and the process of selecting a caregiver was simple and straightforward. We moved our mother back to independent living and have been more than pleased with Elizabeth M! She is proactive, experienced, polite and friendly and has been a welcome relief for all of us. I have been in and around emergency medicine and senior care for over 30 years and a lot of senior care is very lacking. Care Mountain is quite the exception - I recommend them highly.![]()

I want to let you know how much we adore Jan Gilbert! She has become such an important part of our family team in caring for my mom. She is a genuinely caring person and has cared about my mom since her very first visit. Jan goes above and beyond for my mom without even being asked. She’s amazing! I don’t know what we would do without her. Thank you, Michele PettyJohn Grapevine
