My mom chose Care Mountain first for her in-home care four years ago. After a fall, she transitioned to rehab and long-term care at a nursing facility and continued with her private Care Mountain caregiver. We lost my mom almost a month ago but we are forever grateful to the team at Care Mountain for loving her as if she was their mom. The management team is extremely supportive, dedicated, and caring and our caregiver was truly one-of-kind. Without hesitation, we recommend Care Mountain and offer special thanks to Gagan, Andrea, and Ade.+0![]()

Care Mountain has been a great partner for us. We hired their caregivers for my aunt. She lives by herself in the North Dallas area. She has difficulty balancing when she walks. She has a walker but she needs someone next to her to avoid a fall. We have 24/7 lived in type care. Not sure what it is called. But there are two ladies that tag team for her care. They take my aunt out to meet friends, help her with dressing, make her meals. Sometimes they bake together. It took her some time to get used to having a caregiver with her all the time though. That was a tough part. But after the initial hiccup things have been pretty smooth. So far we are happy with Care Mountains staf and care.![]()

From the start Care Mountain inspired confidence with their service. Gagan visited my mother’s home for the assessment and helped us come up with a plan in a gentle, caring way. We work with Andrea for day to day scheduling and she is always responsive and accommodating with our requests. The caregivers themselves have also been great. My mother has made a great connection with both Judy and Jane who are there most of the time. They assist with meals, appointments, dressing, bathing etc. I would highly recommend Care Mountain for care giving services!![]()

I am grateful for the exceptional care provided by Care Mountain’s caregivers for my mom, who has early stage dementia. She lives in Addison. The staff were truly wonderful, always going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. Their shift change was seamless as the caregivers were always on time. Plus, the billing process was setup as autopay and was pretty hassle-free. I had no issues with the hours or shifts except once where the owners took care of the small discrepancy immediately. I highly recommend Care Mountain for their compassionate and professional care. Thank you for making a difficult time much easier for our family!![]()

We were going out of town and needed someone for Mom’s care for 4 weeks. A friend recommended Care Mountain. I also researched them online. Especially known for their quality caregivers and nurses.Overall we were very happy with the company. It was easy to work with Gagan. He came home to do an assessment. Connected us with a wonderful caregiver who came everyday including Saturday and Sunday while we were gone. She stayed with mom for companionship and helped with cleaning, meals, errands and took mom out too. Care Mountain also priced the care like a regular long-term case so we were not asked to pay more even though it was only for a few weeks which was great. I will definitely recommend Care Mountain to any one looking for Home Healthcare.![]()

Care Mountain has been great to work with. I reached out to them a couple of years ago when my 82 year old mother broke her arm and we needed in home care. They were quick to respond with great care options and supportive advice on how to proceed. Last year when my 89 year old dad fell and broke his hip, Care Mountain found us two more excellent caregivers to work night shifts to help with dad. We currently have three in home caregivers from Care Mountain and are pleased with the responsiveness and backup capability we get through CM if someone is not available on a particular day. We appreciate their ongoing support, guidance and compassionate care for our parents.![]()

Care Mountain came highly recommended to us and they exceeded our expectations. I can not thank Andrea enough for her professional expertise in assessing my mom, 96 years old with failing memory and frequent falls due to her failing strength, and making the appropriate staff selection. Mom has been resisting assisted living but can no longer live independently. Andrea with her wonderful assigned staff, Florence on days and Brigetta on nights, helped us in a very difficult situation as we transitioned mom into assisted living. Both mom and I (daughter/caregiver) could not have managed this stage of life without Andrea’s guidance. Care Mountain will always have a special place in my heart.
