The folks at Care Mountain were able to staff up quickly for 24/7 care when my elderly mother desperately needed it. They took good care of her in a transition moment between an emergency hospital stay and moving into assisted living. All of the various caregivers treated her very well, kept her fed/hydrated, and maintained her prescription schedule while she recovered. I would definitely recommend. Thanks for your service!Posted on Google![]()

We are grateful to Care Mountain for providing excellent, dependable service for our parents. Deepti and Andrea worked with us to find the right caregiver and level of service. Gayla was amazing. With her help, our parents were able to continue living at home. She provided companionship, love, and service. It was a relief to know she was there and was willing to be flexible and available to help whenever we needed her. Thank you Care Mountain!Posted on Google![]()

We interviewed and contacted multiple care agencies before selecting Care Mountain. We felt it was important to find a company that would be reliable, consistent with the caregivers (not a rotating group of strangers) and ultimately make our dad comfortable. Care Mountain was wonderful and we highly recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

When my dad came home after a long hospital stay, I was overwhelmed trying to manage his care on my own. A friend recommended Care Mountain, and from day one, I knew we were in the right hands. Their nurse came out the same week, created a clear plan, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. The caregivers have been patient, professional, and genuinely kind. Every Nurse we've met takes pride in what they do and notice the little things that make a big difference in his comfort and recovery. I never have to wonder if someone will show up or if Dad is being properly cared for. The peace of mind they’ve given our family is priceless.Posted on Google![]()

I can’t say enough good things about Care Mountain. From the very first call, their team was professional, kind, and truly focused on my family’s needs. The nurses and caregivers were not only skilled but also incredibly compassionate they treated my loved one like family. Communication was excellent; the care plan was personalized, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. It’s clear that quality and dignity are top priorities here. If you’re looking for dependable, compassionate in-home care in the Dallas area, Care Mountain is absolutely the team you can trust. They’ve made a difficult season so much easier for our family, and I’ll always be grateful for their support.Posted on Google![]()

Responsive and professional, needed care for my father and Care Mountain was able to provide services within days at a reasonable price. Asitri was our caregiver, she was quick to learn my father’s needs and always on time. Would highly recommend Care Moutain’s services to a friend.Posted on Google![]()

We hired Care Mountain to take care of my wife in March this year after she got out of the hospital. Our experience with them has been phenomenon. They sent a dozen caregivers during last 6 months and everyone of them had been very caring, professional and punctual. In fact we do not need that many hours of help anymore and looked at other options but finally decided to stay with them because of their reliability and professionalism.Posted on Google![]()

After many caregiver interviews, hours upon hours of research and poor experiences, we were fortunate enough to run across Gagan and his family of care takers. My father and I have been simply overwhelmed with administrative complexities of elder care as much as the care itself. At every point of contact from the our nurse Linda, to the administration by Andrea and Deepti and the personal attention of Gagan, we are truly blessed to have them as part of our family. They have provided as much comfort to me as they have mom. Care Mountain is rich in knowledge and delivers a very human, comforting touch point for mom where all too often you find staff that have become desensitized to the very nature of the care you want for your parents. While my mother's care is paramount for us, I selfishly must admit that the relief they have provided me is equally important. We don't ever worry about mom when I'm not there. I feel reassured that they are giving my mother the physical care with the kindness and love I would. To be frank, I don't feel guilty that I can't be at my mom's bedside 24/7 with Care Mountain. They don't provide elder care, they provide "sincere care". Don't be afraid to lean on them. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much of a resource and comfort this company can be. I'm such as fan that if you would like a personal discussion with me about my experience, ask Gagan to provide you my contact.

We provide in-home care in Preston Hollow, extending expert clinical care across the Greater Dallas perimeter to every family who needs it.
Average rates for in-home care in Dallas are $28–33 per hour for a home health aide, $35–40 per hour for a CNA or Certified Medication Aide, and $135–175 per visit for skilled nurses or therapists.
Private pay in-home care in Texas typically ranges from $28–33 per hour for a standard 6–8 hour shift. Specialized care, such as dementia support or post-stroke recovery, costs $35–40 per hour. Skilled nursing or therapy visits are $135–175 per session, some of which may be covered by Medicare.
General in-home caregiver services range from $28–40 per hour, with specialized care for dementia or skilled nursing at the higher end. Shorter care schedules often have higher hourly rates.
We support individuals with chronic conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, Dementia, ALS, COPD, heart disease, and more. Care includes monitoring, medication management, and personalized support to maintain comfort, safety, and independence at home.
Live-in care involves a single caregiver residing in the home with scheduled breaks, ideal for moderate assistance. 24-hour care uses a team of caregivers in shifts to provide continuous support for clients with complex or high-level needs – for example a caregiver that needs to be awake and alert the full night to cater to a client’s care needs during night time. An example of this is a client having hallucinations at 3 PM in the morning, or someone with COPD or ALS needing active care multiple times a night.
Many individuals with dementia thrive at home, where familiar surroundings provide comfort, security, and independence. Care Mountain offers specialized services designed to support dementia patients in their own homes.
Skilled nursing provides medical services at home, including wound care, medication management, injections, and rehabilitation support. It’s necessary for patients needing professional medical oversight for ongoing conditions or post-hospital recovery.
