We received such great support for both of our parents for their last few months of life. Hospice is fantastic but we needed more than they provide so we brought in additional help from Care Mountain seven days a week. Care Mountain has provided excellent caregivers for live-in care for my Mom now for over 4 years. Initially, they had been hired to work with both my parents in 2022 and have been an integral part of our lives since then. My dad passed away last Feb. They were instrumental in helping us ensure Dad had a good quality of life for his last few years next to his wife and family. Mom decided to keep the same staff and schedule even after Dad's passing, and we are so thankful that she did. Having the same team of caregivers with her gives her a sense of purpose and companionship in her day-to-day life after 57 years of married life with Dad. CARE MOUNTAIN personalized our care needs and provided skilled, caring, kind, and patient caregivers in Tina and Ruby for over four months. Both these ladies truly cared for our parents and our family and continually adapted to our ever-changing needs.

A prompt response to my late Friday evening call, followed by Gagan's early morning assessment visit, was a testament to their commitment to care. Our father's sudden health setbacks required urgent attention, and their swift care plan brought the support we needed. We were fortunate to have Florence, a seasoned caregiver with over 20 years of experience, assigned to our case. She provided outstanding support, assisting our wheelchair-bound father with a range of needs, from personal care, bathing to medical appointments and phyiscal therapist's visit coordination. She was patient and thoughtful. Throughout the nearly year-long care journey, Care Mountain staff including their caregivers and therapists was really a lifesaver in the time of need. The team at Care Mountain home health has really been a big help to us. They currently look after my father in law and mother in law in a memory care wing and an assisted living wing in Allen. About a year ago, my dad (62 years) start declining with early-stage Alzheimer's. My Mom and I are both nurses. We researched extensively online and took references from a few companies before we finalizing with Care Mountain. While mom and I manage dad’s care, Care Mountain provides occupational therapy and speech therapy. The therapists they send are outstanding professionals – knowledgeable, very competent on their OT and ST skill sets, and personable.  With their sustained efforts, Dad’s cognitive decline has slowed. They are helping him maintain a semi-independent and fully dignified lifestyle. Dad’s Neurologist is also happy with the quality of home health support Dad is receiving and has complimented Care Mountain. After speaking to a few nursing friends in the area, I had hired Care Mountain to provide in home care for my Mom. Mom’s care is not easy with her brittle insulin dependent diabetes, her progressive vascular dementia, anxiety and depression especially after the loss of my Dad during the pandemic. I have had a really good experience with Care Mountain. Gagan and his office team took the time to fully understand the situation with my Mom and matched us with an excellent caregiver. She has been such a blessing and a steady eddy in Mom's care. She is compassionate, understanding, and experienced. She has done an amazing job in in helping manage her diabetes, food, and the daily trials and tribulations of a person balancing dementia, anxiety and depression on top of the physical challenges of diabetes. Last year in October I had my lower back surgery. Care Mountain’s caregivers helped me with my daily activities. They did my grocery shopping, ran errands for me, helped me with exercises, did my laundry and kept my home clean. In the 7 weeks they worked for me, I had 2 caregivers and both were wonderful. Recently, Care Mountain reached out to me for a review and I am happy to give it. They spent the time understanding my needs and personalized the caregivers well to my day to day needs. Care Mountain provides live in care services for my Mom who lives alone in the Fairview area She has rheumatoid arthritis. We have 2 caregivers from their team helping us with my Mom’s care needs. Mom’s mobility and quality of life was very compromised with our previous service provider. The Care Mountain team supports each other throughout the week and takes wonderful care of my Mom 24/7 - they have helped Mom have a dignified and engaged quality of life in spite of her RA. Andrea and the office team are wonderful and always responsive. We are so thankful for your services and recommend you.
