The tasks we help with or do for clients are not complicated, so it’s the love and dedication our care givers put into doing them that makes the biggest difference over other agency’s caregivers. One of the role models the Director has established some of Care Mountain’s mission around is that of Mother Teresa who had said, “In this world we can do no great things, only small things with great love”.
To ensure our care givers do their work with the love that Mother Teresa spoke about, we have made it our standard to only work with care givers that have a proven deep seated passion in their hearts for care giving for elderly and senior citizens. This high standard alone eliminates about 95% of our nearly 30 per day inquiries from caregivers wanting to work with Care Mountain INC.
Because we have chosen to keep our home health care company at a more personable modest size exclusive to the Dallas Fort Worth area, we are best able to highly customize our services to local and individual needs. To ensure all clients are getting the highly personalized attention deserved, we ensure they, as well as any designated family members or friends, have the Director’s personal direct line they can call at any time. The Director feels by not letting the company get too large, it will preserve this all important direct line of communication with each client that has been so instrumental in achieving our company’s above average client satisfaction rating.
